I’ve recently published a book about the illnesses Polymyalgia Rheumatica and Giant Cell Arteritis. This was first published as an ebook on Amazon Kindle in February 2014, and was soon followed by a print edition, which can be ordered from PMRGCAuk.  Here is a link to the ebook.
